This example requires the following table definition

    CREATE TABLE t1 (c1 NUMBER,c2 NUMBER);

The table does not need to be analysed

The statement

    SELECT c1,r1
    FROM 
    (
      SELECT c1,RANK () OVER
      (
        PARTITION BY c1
        ORDER BY c2
      ) AS r1
      FROM t1
    )
    WHERE r1 < 10;

generates the following execution plan

0     SELECT STATEMENT Optimizer=CHOOSE
1   0   VIEW
2   1     WINDOW (SORT PUSHED RANK)
