      PARTITION p2 VALUES (10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19),
      PARTITION p3 VALUES (20,21,22,23,24,25,26,27,28,29),
      PARTITION p4 VALUES (30,31,32,33,34,35,36,37,38,39)

The table does not need to be analysed

The statement

    SELECT c1 FROM t1
    FROM t1
    WHERE c1 BETWEEN 10 AND 14
    OR c1 BETWEEN 30 AND 34

generates the following execution plan
