Executes child operations for each partition in the table specified by the INLIST

This example requires the following table definition

PARTITION BY LIST (c1)

PARTITION p2 VALUES (2),
PARTITION p3 VALUES (3),
PARTITION p4 VALUES (4)
);
The table does not need to be analysed
The statement
SELECT c1 FROM t1
WHERE c1 IN (2,3);
generates the following execution plan
0 SELECT STATEMENT Optimizer=CHOOSE
1 0 PARTITION LIST (INLIST)
2 1 TABLE ACCESS (FULL) OF 'T1'
