This example requires the following table definition

    CREATE TABLE t1 (c1 DATE);
    CREATE TABLE t2 (c1 DATE);

The table does not need to be analysed

The statement

    INSERT ALL
    INTO t1
    INTO t2
    SELECT SYSDATE FROM dual;

generates the following execution plan

0     INSERT STATEMENT Optimizer=CHOOSE
1   0   MULTI-TABLE INSERT
2   1     INTO OF 'T1'
3   1     INTO OF 'T2'
4   3       TABLE ACCESS (FULL) OF 'T1'
