    CREATE TABLE t1 (c1 NUMBER);
    CREATE INDEX i1 ON t1 (c1);

    EXPLAIN PLAN FOR ALTER INDEX i1 REBUILD;

This statement creates the following execution plan (utlxpls.sql)
