Oracle 10.2 Supported Optimizer Environment

In Oracle 10.1 there were 25 parameters in the supported optimizer environment; in Oracle 10.2 there are also 25 parameters in the supported optimizer environment.

In Oracle 10.2, one optimizer parameter was added and another parameter was removed.
